After 25 years of service, Kathleen retired from the State of Connecticut, where she served as the webmaster of the state's Core-CT website and chaired the Web Site Accessibility Committee. She has worked with FrontPage since 1997 and Expression Web since version 1, and has worked in the IT field for more than 30 years.
